A regular meditation practise has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, increase feelings of inner peace and self-acceptance and improve physical and mental health. Meditation and mindfulness offer a way to live skillfully and gently, with respect and kindness for self, others and nature. A meditation practise can be created in a week and the benefits will be immediate but over time the positive impact of a sustained practise become deeper and more noticeable. The act of meditating regularly is a way of being still, and listening in carefully. In this way we begin to observe the truth of the present moment and also our defences and emotions with kindness, patience and understanding, without becoming overwhelmed or falling into fight or flight responses.

Meditation and mindful or silent walking are both key features of Kin’s mindful nature walks but I also offer meditation courses and sessions online and in groups, plus one-2-one meditation coaching.
